Background and Purpose of Request
The Town of Sebago has requested the County take over the administration of the town’s General Assistance program. The County has proposed an annual fee of $15,000, plus $70.00 for additional employee time put into client services. The contract is for a three-year period, which will be adjusted each year to cover employee costs. The contract is based on taking client applications over the phone/email. No in person office hours are proposed.
Funding Amount and Source
$15,000 annually
$70.00 for any hour exceeding three hours per week
$750.00 Welpac software subscription.
