Background and Purpose of Request
By September 28th of each year the Cumberland County Community Development Office must submit a Consolidated Annual Performance Evaluation Report (CAPER) to HUD. The CAPER details the expenditure of HUD funds and accomplishments achieved during the past program year (July 1, 2025- June 30, 2026).
The purpose of the attached staff report is to provide the Commissioners with a brief summary of the CAPER and highlight a few of the Community Development Office’s accomplishments over the past year.
