Background and Purpose of Request:
The Sheriff’s Office is looking to submit a Department of Justice Bullet Proof Vest Partnership Grant to offset the cost of purchasing the vests.
There is a 50% match requirement, which will be designated by use of Jal and Law Enforcement budgeted funds. Total cost would be $21,604.00, with $10,802.00 being reimbursed by the grant.
