Background and Purpose of Request
The Cross Insurance Arena experienced a profit for FY26. The fourth year straight. As the account is an enterprise account, staff recommend moving the funds from the arena’s operations account to the capital reserve recently established for the arena. With upcoming capital needs of the arena, this will allow for the County to address the needs without significant impact to the tax rate.
