Authorize the County Manager to sign the Amended Regional Assessing contract between Cumberland County and the Town of Baldwin.

Background and Purpose of Request
The Town of Baldwin for the last couple of years contracted with the County for Regional Assessing and GIS services. The Select Board has a desire to create an enhanced GIS platform for the town and went out to bid for GIS services. The County submitted a competitive proposal, but unfortunately was not selected as the GIS vendor.
The Town will remain as a member of the Regional Assessing program.
The County was administering the Town’s GIS for approximately $1,500.00 a year.
Funding Amount and Source Reduction in the contract by approximately $1,500.00
Effective Date if Applicable July 1, 2026
