Background and Purpose of Request:

The County Commissioners and County Department Heads met on May 16^th to work through a Strategic Priorities exercise.  Lot of great ideas were brought up by all, ultimately six priorities were narrowed down to by a voting process.  The Commissioners workshop this item on May 22^nd and the item is now ready for formal adoption by the Commissioners.
