Background and Purpose of Request
May 3 - 9, 2026, is National Public Service Recognition Week. This is a time for us to recognize the excellent work and dedication of Cumberland County’s 365+ employees across fourteen departments and four campuses.
Cumberland County remains a leader in providing exceptional public service and collaborating with municipalities throughout the region. Our workforce is comprised of individuals dedicated to their fields who consistently seek ways to improve our services. While this specific week is designated for formal recognition, please know that the work you provide is valued and appreciated every day.
